sometimes ppl change. friends change. loved ones change.
soemtimes it takes a long time, sometimes it happens in a month, in a week, or even over night.
sometimes its for the better good, sometimes its NOT.

have you ever experienced a close one changing?
changing for the worse?

sometimes, its actually not for the worse, its just a CHANGE.
but we cant find ourselves liking the change coz we have spent all this time getting accustomed to, and liking the person we once knew.

and suddenly, BAM, he/she is gon, to be replaced by a new HE/SHE.
and it hurts, it feels like we've just lost someone so valuable to our hearts.
alot of people go through this hurt.

but dont let a person who changed bring you down,
take it as a "MOVE ON", take your friendship with that particular person as an experience, as a lesson. LEARN from it. and then you move on, meet new people and make new friends :)

and THANK GOD for putting that person in your life, even if he/she has changed, thank god becuase god surely has he's plans and reasons for putitng that someone in your life :)

and im still up and about, well, not really ABOUT, but up, till NOW. LOL

update on my day

my throat-hoarsing day

umm, the morning was.......you know....usual la, wake up, and all the things girls do before going out...

went on to fetch eulene on the way to church, and just before going to church, dropped by permata to drop off someone REALLY BADLY WRAPPED christmas with matthew, marcus and eunice.
though only eulene and my cousin, charmaine knows REALLY what happened that FREEZED me this morning.though i was quite happy to see someone in church today. haha
and and THANKS to the dumb boob whose butt warmth bakes cookies, i got a "wake up call".

anyways, drama practice started off with us bored ppl ki-siao-ing with the black cloth and stuff. ahaha while waiting for some of the drama ppl to finish their meeting in the little room :p

drama practice started off, we went part by part..and the end result was AWESOME!
the first time, the drama actually turned out the way i pictured it to. :D

Life is so hard

Life really is hard, from all aspects, from physically, to mentally, to emotionally, to spiritually.
and all this hardness are meant to be, to train us :) [thanks god!]
i mean, just like any athelete or dancer or anything else for that matter, TRAINING gets harder and harder at one point, and in during this training, ppl fall down, and get hurt, atheletes injure themselves, dancers sprain their legs........but they still have enough passion to keep them going. to continue. and the end result of of all the HARD TRAINING is........well, you know for yourself.
sometimes its not just passion that keeps them going on, but also the strength GOD has put in them :)

so its just like life. when we were kids, nothing really bothered much, it was carefree. but as we grow up, life gets harder and harder. and we fall down, hurt ourself.
and the question now is, do YOU have the passion to go on with life, or are you just gonna give up everything, sit there, staring at the television, fattening yourself up beyond healthy measures, and grow old with forty cats?

you know sometimes to like someone is so hard. there are so many sungai and lauts to mengharungi. and if you're strong, you stay through till the end and if you're not, then you just give up. but sometimes it sso hard to move on. sometimes you dont get what you want, and just when you thought things were going well, and getting better, its RIPPED AWAY from you, leaving you standing there, helpless. and it hurts so much, you can literally feel it. nights are spent sleepless and troubled, pillows are soaked with tears and we just wonder why god would let this happen, why would god let me hurt so much inside when he loves me so much?

and its at THIS time, that we have to remind ourselves, that no matter what we go through, no matter what god puts us through, its all for the good. and just like daniel said so in service just now, even through bad times, god is still transforming us to be like him, oh wait, the bible says that. haha. kays,its just, in times like this we have to trust that whatever god is putting us through is for our own good and thats its the best for us, because GOD knows whats best for us. and through all these hurt and times of trials we go through, god teaches us lessons, lessons for life, he strenghtens us, he strengthens our faith in him.

i think im really writing this post to remind myself actually, that god has his plans for my life, and even through all these bad times, something good is gonna come out of it, and i still have hope for the better, that things will turn out right, and that i have to continue praying that god will work his wonder.

and sometimes ppl wonder why even though god loves us, but still puts us through so much, like for example for some ppl, a fatal disease, or cancer, a broken leg, a paralysed body, a dying heart, failing lungs.......etc. not just physical la. im not sure if this is entirely TRUE, but somehow, it explains alot to me, and lalalal i dont know. but in and illustration. a little girl walking along side her father can just fall down, but when she does, her father brings her through, he plasters her cut, dries her tears and does all he can to heal her. and thats exactly how god is, its not his promise to NOT let us fall sick or go through pain and hurt, coz if it is, then he ma si dont love alot of ppl coz so many ppl get hurt,thats not the case you see, god loves EVERYONE so dearly........[go see john 3.16] but it's his promise to be with us, to guide us through, to bring us through tough times. to heal us, to plaster our wounds, to kiss the hurt goodbye, and to teach us what we need to learn. LESSONS FOR LIFE.

i came home from drama practice round 6 something,
then straight went my room, wanted to sleep, but then ended up cry cry cry cry and cry, then slept, then woke up, reply messages, cry cry cry cry cry again, then went back to sleep, woke up again, reply messages then went back to sleep, woke up AGAIN, read message then go back to sleep, woke up again, wrote THIS something, cry summore, then went back to sleep, then woke up at 10 am this morning and i was HAPPY. lol. so much for sleeping. lol

I dont know what to do,

Event : Penang Bridge International Marathon

yes, i joined that friggin marathon. the quarter marathon, 10 KM with wei and her bro, dannyyyyy. i almost died in the run!!!!!

we started off okayy....run sikit sikit. then after that......ahaha.

i think its mainly my fault coz i can run but short distances then i get this really tight pain in my chest. so i have to stop. lol. so org org yang mau cari saya go run with you, then you must be crazy. coz i am the run walk walk run walk walk kind of girl. not the run run run run RUN RUN RUN RUN eh.....lol. and only in this run did i really realise the importance of WATER. so JIMATKAN AIR!!!!!! xD

Last Day of School Spent in The QueensbayMall.

yup i didnt go to school on the last day of school. lol. coz i hate it there. teachers dont come, and we have to spend 5 friggin hours sitting in the classroom doing nothing. though i guess everyone else has their own cliques........urgh, i dont even wanna go there. its sad stuff. but anyways, i was home on friday untill my sis came back round 3 or 4 i think? then we went over to queensbay to collect our stuff for the penang bridge run, and went walking around shopping for clothes....lol

and i spotted this dress, which costs about rm60 and its kindao casual.lol. and i wanna buy it!! lol. sadly i didnt, maybe i'll go back and get it. lol unless someone wants to give it to me as a christmas present? lol. but something about the dres....it makes me look kinda.......................pregnant. LOL.AHAHAHA XD

then there was this white pink dress at harajuku thats 10 ringgit cheaper than the blue one.

lol. then there was this pinkish kinda skirt(below) also at harajuku. theres also a orangey one but i dont know which one to get coz both of the colours are equally nice!!! but of course i didnt buy anything yet. lol. but for now, these 3 pieces of clothing are on my christmas wish list! anyone kind enough? :D

then we went for mcdonalds, i cant remember if it was before or after all the clothes trying. lol.oh and another thing about fitting rooms is that they're too small!!!! especially when you have 4 digi paper bags, 2 girls, one who is kinda big sized and a whole BUNCH of clothes they wanna try! lol.

and we spotted this lonely guy sitting there alone, eating his fish burger or something and munching his fries slowly while staring into space. Omigoodness!!! why so lonely?? i almost felt like walking over to him and ask if the sit across him was taken, if not i'll join him, so that he wont be so lonely. LOL. i know, i know, i watch too many western movies. but that seems like the right thing to do doesnt it? lol. chicken me didnt do it of coz. lol.

i lazy type the dates d. lol.anyways, i was home the other day and i suddenly thought of cooking chicken!

lol, i opened my fridge, and guess what?

there was NO chicken!

so i decided to do sausages, luncheon meat and french toast, draped with chocolate with small little kiwi pieces. lol

sounds delicious?

and look what my luncheon meat was like when i took it out from the freezer, its looks like it just came out from the ice age. lol. that goes to show how long it has been since i last ate luncheon meat. LOL

and the next step was of course the chocolate! lol i took this bar of whittakers chocolate from NEW ZEALAND.. the one lyn brought back last year with the liwi pieces and i made up this really smart theory about how if we hold chocolate in our hands for too long, it felts and becomes gooey, so to get fast heat rather than holding chocolate in your hands, i put the chocolate in a bowl, and it went into the microwave. lol.

you know hoe ppl say we have to learn from mistakes? yea, that is true. i KNOW that now. i KNOW that you cant melt chocolate in the microwave coz it'll just get burned, i wonder why. lol.

went out with pei yi and lee lynn on wednesday and i was earliest! thinking that i was LATE> but i ended up spending 45 minutes walking around queens alone........i went into shops, looked at swimsuits, shoes and CHRISTMAS TREES!!! lol.

im a very spontaneous person and i ALMOST bought a xmas tree which my mom actually thought was too small if we wanted to buy one. lol.

in the end i just bought a new pair of green slippars that only cost

RM 2.90!!

i told you, we started playing around and i took an interest with the shredded carrots. LOL.

you see the part of carrot at where my sisters eyes is,yea that part is actually loose, so i had to hold teh carrot and my phone cam, and wait for the carrot to turn to THIS angle before i could take the shot. and considering my 1.3 super slow megapixel cam, i had to press the" takepicture" button a few seconds before, so it all works on assumption. and if im lucky, i get shots like this.! LOL

took this at lone pine beach 2-3 weeks ago.....its not really a perfect shot, but its what i call romantic. lol. only see silhouettes back by some hills and the sea.......ahhhh.......
